About Andrew Quirke

Andrew brings over three decades of experience in the property industry, starting his journey in 1989. A distinguished professional, he holds membership with the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (MIPAV) and is an Associate Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI).

Prior to joining Janet Carroll Estate Agents, Andrew honed his skills with renowned estate agency brands in Ireland, including HOK, Savills, and DNG. Throughout his career, Andrew has earned a stellar reputation grounded in honesty, integrity, and professionalism. His commitment to engaging with both vendors and purchasers, coupled with his dedication to open communication, has set him apart.

About Luke Carroll

Luke Carroll, married to Janet, is the Chief Operations Officer and is responsible for the cross-functional aspects of the Agency, which includes IT and Communications, Marketing, Finance, Facilities Management and Security.

Luke has an impressive 46-year career in the IT industry, primarily with large multinational corporations, which allowed him to live and work in diverse locations including the USA, France, Geneva, and the UK. He began his journey as a Software Engineer, where he developed Enterprise Business Applications.

In the early 1990s, Luke pivoted to marketing, assuming several senior roles where he spearheaded global marketing initiatives aimed at generating sales leads and driving revenue growth. The latter part of his career transitioned to business development where he successfully managed the European Altavista Internet Business for Digital Equipment Corporation based in Geneva, managed the Northern European Marketing Team for Silicon Graphics based in the UK and established and managed the EMEA Oracle Direct Business Development Unit based in Dublin.

Luke holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an M.A. from Trinity College Dublin, as well as an International Executive MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit School of Business.
