I used her to sell my house having met her by walking into the village to interview all of the agents. We didn't get past her. She claims to have trained most of her competitors over the last 22 years in Blackrock (as she was the manager for one of the big brands). We found her brilliant in every way and loved the fact that she's on call 24-7 and works weekends as a matter of routine. I've never gone for as much as a cup of tea with Janet. But you could light up a room for her positivity. She's a deeply warm person who has fostered dozens of kids. Neither I nor anyone related to me have any other ties to her. I don't make a habit of writing testimonials like this for anyone. I can't think of ever having do be so bad certainly not in as gushing terms as this. She's that good. There's no doubt at all in my mind that she will get the best prices for your houses. She did for mine in Barclay Court.— D. Geaney
